Overview
VIVAcroyoga is a week long yearly acroyoga festival based in Montreal where enthusiasts and professionals learn new skills and play with renowned teachers from all over the world.

Problem
The current VIVA Acroyoga website falls short in delivering a seamless user experience, impacting event promotion, user engagement, and overall brand perception. A redesign is needed to address usability and functionality issues, better aligning the website with VIVA’s goals of community building and growth.
checkout was confusing, no confirmation of order on the website, no information about the waiver
schedule was difficult to see as it was a static image that was the same for desktop and mobile and users could not see it easily on mobile

Goals
Redesigning the VIVA Acroyoga festival website to address previous problems and additional features to improve user experience and registration for both the festival goer and staff working the event.

Full CMS schedule and teacher database
E-commerce integration for ticket registration with QR codes
Leveraging plugins to automate as much as possible and lower workload
